The product is decent, prices are fair, and shipping was quick, which earns them two stars. However, the customer service was pretty bad, and that's why I couldn't give them a full five.

Initially, my order didn’t show up, and Renewgoo blamed USPS, saying it was my problem to fix. After several tries with no luck, they offered me a gift card. I placed an order for five items online, all of which were marked as in stock, but then they canceled it because the items were either damaged or not available. I tried ordering three more items, and once again, the order got canceled. Renewgoo later informed me that only 35 out of over 1000 items listed were actually available for purchase. Never doing this again.

I really dislike seeing the store close. D is such a fantastic individual, and we’re truly going to miss her.

So, my package hasn't shown up, and now the system won't let me set up a redelivery. I'm really hoping to get some news that my package will finally be on its way!

When my order showed up, the SD card was already broken, but other than that, it was pretty good.
